Once-up-on-a-time, many moons ago I started experimenting with different varieties of crafts. I started with Cross stitch, but as I am very impatient (as my husband, Leigh, will tell you) the results just weren't quick enough for me, so I was introduced to paper crafts by my Mum! (Thanks Mum!) My first attempts were just shocking, I must say, but I kept going and eventually, it paid off. 

I have to say what interests me most about crafting, is how different people can take the same components and use them in a completely different ways.  I find looking at other peoples work facinating!!

That's when I decided to open a stall on my local market on Saturday's called Tabby Crafts, so that I could sell craft supplies to others and see what they do with them. I bought a few crafty bits from wholesalers and started selling them straight the way, I was so excited as it really began to take off and I started getting customers who would come back each week and buy more each time!

I decided, after much deliberation, to leave the market, so that I could oversee the building and launching of this website, Tabby Crafts.com. To my delight many of my customers have followed me and now enjoy shopping from the comfort of their homes, and then having their goodies delivered to their door through our Local Delivery Service.

None of this could have been achieved without the love and support of my husband, Leigh.  Plus all the hard work that my Dad and his pal, Adam, put into the building and launching of this site, without out them I would have not been able to achieve this goal and continue with my dream job , Tabby Crafts.com .
